Week 1 of 5-week in-person experience held on Sundays at 12:00 PM CST.
Forest bathing is the gentle practice of exploring your relationship to nature through your five senses. Each week, we’ll gather at a new local nature space and immerse ourselves in intentional grounding practices, guided reflection, and sensory-based exploration with snacks and water provided to nourish you along the way.
✨ What to expect:
Gentle grounding meditations
Thoughtful reflection prompts
Sensory activities based on the 5 senses
A different nature location each week
Snacks and water provided for nourishment
A soul-centered community experience
At the end of the program, all participants receive a Bundle of Love, which includes a Spreading Love That Lasts t-shirt, a reflective journal, and $50 off future programming.
